Each class will be an enjoyable journey into the worldwide realm of wine. You don’t need to go to Sonoma Valley or the fields of France or Italy for a wine-tasting treat. You can do it here in the convenient Shinjuku area of Tokyo. Before you taste each wine, Sandra Shoji, a wine master, will explain its unique fragrance and flavor, the types of grapes that were used in creating the wine and the geographic regions and soil conditions required for growing those special grapes. Effortlessly, you will learn the terminology of the wine connoisseur, and in just a month, you can become a wine savant and be able to choose with confidence the wines to accompany various kinds of meals.
